Aquila's Nest was inspired by mythological tales and our love for astronomy. All our wines will be branded with the image of a constellation, the name of a woman drawn from an ancient Mediterranean myth, the inscription of a wisdom Latin phrase translated in English in the back of the label, as well as a customized design of the story that brings all these elements together.
This bold, dense, red wine is a blend of Syrah vines as well as Malbec varieties. The high levels of those “good for you” tannins will make guests experience that classic dry tongue-clicking sensation.
This refreshing, clean and bright wine, infused with citrus blossom aromas and fruity apricot, peach, lime flavors is a surprising accompaniment to exotic, bold, spicy pairings.
This lively and balanced dry Sangiovese Rosé offers finesse, with an elegant finish of aromas and flavors of freshly-picked strawberries, cherries and orange blossoms.
This rich, sensual, and medium bodied red wine will conquer all your senses with dense aromas of blackberries, plums and black cherries.
This semi-sweet wine, perfumed with rich aromas of honeysuckle and apricot offers an unexpected and more subdued variety to one’s usual Moscato tasting palette, complemented best with light desserts.
The wine tasting flight includes a selection of four samples of Aquila’s wines, paired with sustainably sourced cheese crackers, nuts and chocolate from BD Provisions,, as well as a souvenir glass as an add-on option.
