Service Description

Our Igloo Spheres accommodate up to 8 guests and are the perfect location to gather with friends and family, sample wine flights, warm mulled wine and enjoy the magical sunset and hilltop views. The Igloo is heated well, but you're welcome to bring blankets for all guests. (2 hrs. | $80 per party) •Each space is covered and has 2 heaters. Please dress warm and bring blankets for all your guests as this is still an outdoor seating experience. •Your party will have a dedicated server, that you can tip at the end of your visit. 22% gratuity is automatically applied for parties of 6+ guests or parties that have booked more than one igloo. •Wine is not included in the reservation and can be purchased in the vineyard after our staff checks your ID. •One tab will be opened at the beginning of your visit with 1 card on file, which can be split up to 4 ways at the end of your visit. •Parties exceeding space capacity will be asked to move to a different area and the booking fee will not be credited. •Wine Menu: www.aquilasnestvineyards.com/our-wines-menu •Food Truck and Music Schedule: www.aquilasnestvineyards.com/visit-us •Please proceed to the tasting room’s main entrance hostess stand, where our staff will assist you and direct you to your reserved space. It may take up to 15 min for new guests to settle during the transition from one reservation time to another. OUTSIDE BEVERAGES/FOOD POLICY •Outside alcohol beverages, water bottles or any other beverages are not allowed in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Any violation of this restriction puts our permit in jeopardy. •Guests are welcome to bring their own food, and are responsible for their picnic personal belongings, cleaning their area before leaving. CHILDREN, PETS POLICY •Dogs are not allowed in this private, reserved seating area. •Children are allowed in this experience. Parents are solely responsible to supervise children at all times, not let them run around to disturb other patrons, and watch them to make sure they don't climb rocks or fences. Carpooling or Uber/Lyft is recommended. CANCELLATION POLICY Reservation is non refundable. Reservation can not be rescheduled last minute if it rains/snows or it's too hot, unless there's an extreme weather advisory issued by the state of Connecticut. Given a minimum of 5 days notice, email us to reschedule in the next 30 days from the original reservation date.
