Dine in white and join us for a beautiful evening of delicious wine, amazing food, riveting conversations, and friends – old and new. Local Chef Debora Dividino-Simao has created a very traditional, festive, and of course, delicious Pig Roast dinner amongst the vines, paired with Aquila’s Nest Vineyards’ wines selected by our Owner & Winemaker, Ardian Llomi. After graduating from ICE with honors, Dividino-Simao secured her first kitchen position as line chef at The Morgan Library & Museum. Her undeniable star quality and concentrated creative energy brought her to the acclaimed 42 The Restaurant atop the Ritz Carlton in White Plains. Chef Dividino-Simao then became a private chef as a way to satisfy her many passions and to create unique food experiences for her local community.
