The Participant represents that he/she is competent and able to understand the nature and consequences of participating in the Workshop, and that you are an adult under the laws of the State of Connecticut. If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian hereby represents that you are competent and able to understand the nature and consequences of participating in the Workshop. WAIVER. The Participant assumes and accepts full and complete responsibility for any known and unknown risks associated with his/her participation in the Workshop, and therefore releases Still Waters from liability for: Any injuries, including but not limited to, financial, personal, emotional, psychological, medical, injuries that may result from his/her participation in the Workshop; and any damages or costs, including Court and attorney’s fees, which may be incurred due to your participation in the Workshop. Privacy. The Participant authorizes Still Waters to take photographs, videos or other forms of recordings and further waives their rights of privacy and confidentiality along with any and all rights in such film, photographs and/or recording, including the copyright therein. A drink purchase of minimum $10 plus tax and gratuity per participant is required to attend this event and can be made at the vineyard prior to the start of the event, after our staff checks your ID. Outside Alcohol Beverages, Water Bottles or Any Other Beverages are NOT allowed to be brought in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Our staff reserves the right to check bags and coolers. All participants must be 21 years of age or older. CANCELLATION POLICY Ticket is non refundable.
