Wooster Grapeyard Glow Scavenger Hunt

Service Description

Dress up in your most glittery outfit and have fun with us at our outdoor Grapeyard Scavenger Hunt Family Glow Night in the Vines with Live Music and delicacies by our on site food truck. Glow Sticks and other glow accessories will be provided. Experience the vineyard lit up with a Holiday Music Light Show while walking around to find clues for the Grapeyard Scavenger Hunt. Winners (there can be multiple) will receive a Pergola with Fire Pit certificate to be scheduled by adult guests only on a Wednesday or Thursday visit by April 2025. 📍 Location: Aquila's Nest Vineyards Outdoor Picnic Area. The Scavenger Hunt will start at 7pm, but please arrive by 5:30pm so we're able to distribute glow stick supplies and accommodate your party in your seating space, before other guests arrive at peak time on a Friday evening. Table Service is not included in this reservation. If you'd like to book other seating areas with table service, please check other experiences from our website https://www.aquilasnestvineyards.com/experiences 👧 This event is open to all ages, but for Wooster School participants please purchase a ticket for children only and indicate in the Notes how many adults will accompany the children of your group. Wine is not included in the ticket. A drink purchase of minimum $10 plus tax and gratuity per adult participant is required to attend this event and can be made at the vineyard prior to the start of the event, after our staff checks your ID. Outside Alcohol Beverages, Water Bottles or Any Other Beverages are NOT allowed to be brought in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Our staff reserves the right to check bags and coolers. CANCELLATION POLICY Reservation is non refundable.
