It’s hard to visit Aquila’s Nest Vineyards and not be won over. The setting might do it: the vineyard overlooks a picture-perfect stretch of rolling Connecticut woodland. Or maybe it will be the wine: unlike many Connecticut wineries, Aquila’s Nest features dry (non-sweet) vintages that are rich in character.
