The Après-Ski Chalet Pergola with Fire Pits is a cozy, fully enclosed winter retreat for adults (18+). Featuring soft ambient lighting, background music and seasonal alpine décor, guests can relax fireside while enjoying our award-winning wines and winter favorites like Chocolate Mulled Wine, Hot Chocolate, and the festive Winterberry Blizz Mocktail—perfect for a refined après-ski themed escape —no mountain required. Reservations • Cost: $60 per section for 2 hours. • Capacity: The pergola with fire pits has 4 sections, and each section accommodates up to 6 guests, adults 18+ only. Guests can reserve up to 2 sections online, allowing for groups of up to 14 guests in total. Exceeding capacity or bringing children may result in relocation without refund. • Service: A dedicated server will assist your group. A 22% gratuity applies for parties of 6 or when booking multiple sections. Food Truck service is not included. • Wine: Not included; available for purchase after ID verification. Non-alcoholic options available as well. • Large Group Rentals: Email events@aquilasnestvineyards.com to rent all 4 sections (up to 25 guests) starting at $300/hour plus tax. Allow up to 15 minutes for transitions between reservations. Transportation Carpooling or ridesharing (e.g., Uber) is recommended. Fire Hazard Disclaimer Only our staff will tend to the fire pit. Guests are asked to exercise caution. Please keep personal belongings at a safe distance from the flames. S'mores are not allowed in this space. Any misuse may result in removal from the area. Aquila's Nest Vineyards is not responsible for any accidents or damage caused by fire hazards. Cancellation Policy Reservations are non-refundable. With 5 days’ notice, rescheduling is possible within 30 days of the original booking. Rescheduling exceptions are made only for extreme weather advisories, not typical Connecticut rain or snow.
