Meet the Authors: Mary Donnarumma Sharnick, Nicole Caruso Garcia, and Lisa Acerbo – Book Signing Join us for an enchanting evening with local authors Mary Donnarumma Sharnick, Nicole Caruso Garcia, and Lisa Acerbo as they share their recent poetry and fiction releases. Lisa Acerbo’s sapphic romantasy Death and Coffee follows Prudence Barlow, an agent of Death navigating centuries of adventure, love, and supernatural suspense. With witty banter, a love of coffee, and a daring mission to stop powerful witches, the novel blends romance, comedy, and fantasy—and has won two International Firebird Book Awards. Nicole Caruso Garcia’s poetry collection Oxblood earned the International Book Award for narrative poetry. Her work appears widely in respected journals, and she has received honors including the Willow Review Award, Best New Poets, and multiple Pushcart Prize nominations. Mary Donnarumma Sharnick is the author of the award-winning Orla Paints Quartet, a series of novels exploring art, history, and identity, with titles recognized by the Connecticut Press Club and the National Federation of Press Women. Meet the authors, enjoy readings, get books signed, and relax in a cozy atmosphere with wine available for purchase. Wine is not included in the ticket. A drink purchase of minimum $10 plus tax and gratuity per participant is required to attend this event and can be made at the vineyard prior to the start of the event, after our staff checks your ID. Aquila's Nest has many non-alcoholic options as well. Outside Alcohol Beverages, Water Bottles or Any Other Beverages are NOT allowed to be brought in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Our staff reserves the right to check bags and coolers. CANCELLATION POLICY Ticket is non refundable.
