Step into the cosmos at our Dark Sky Telescopes & Stargazing Star Party, an exclusive event hosted only twice a year at the vineyard! This season, the night sky reveals Jupiter, and Mars, offering a rare celestial experience. 🔭 Telescopic Wonders Await! Volunteers from the Westport Astronomical Society will set up an assortment of telescopes, guiding you through breathtaking celestial sights—all from the stunning backdrop of Aquila’s Nest Vineyards. 🍷 Sip & Stargaze Did you know that every Aquila’s Nest Vineyards wine is inspired by a constellation? Pair your stargazing adventure with fine wine or a non-alcoholic beverage as you explore the mysteries of the universe. Stargazing Highlights •7:48 pm in the SW Chinese Space Station Tiangong has a 26° pass before it quickly goes into Earth's shadow. •Comet LEMMON •Comet SWAN •80% Waxing Gibbous Moon •Saturn •Uranus •Neptune Event Details •All Ages Welcome! Secure tickets for attendees aged 3 and older. •Arrival Time: Please arrive by 7:30 PM to check in, get seated, and order your drink before darkness falls. •Tickets: 100% of ticket sales support the Westport Astronomical Society. •Beverage Requirement: A minimum drink purchase of $10 plus tax & gratuity per participant is required. Wine is not included in the ticket. •Farm Winery Policy: No outside beverages, including water bottles, are permitted.
