Service Description

Enjoy Aquila's Nest Vineyards spectacular hilltop views cozied up around a warm firepit. Each fire pit accommodates min of 2 to 9 guests and is the perfect location to sample a flight or enjoy a bottle of wine from the vineyards collection. (2.5 hrs. | $40 per party) •Our staff will help tend to the fire pit - guests should not add wood to the fire pit on their own! •If it's too warm/windy we reserve the right not to light the fire, but you'd still be able to enjoy sipping wine around the fire pit circle. •Not all chairs are Adirondack style. •This experience does not include table service. Wine is not included in the reservation and can be purchased at the vineyard bar after our staff checks your ID. •Parties exceeding space capacity will be moved to a different area & the booking fee won't be credited. • In May, Oct, Nov months, Fri - Sun only, a $150 min purchase is required for parties of less than 4 adult guests. •Please proceed to the tasting room’s hostess stand, where our staff will direct you to your reserved space. It may take up to 15 min for new guests to settle during the transition from one party to another. •Wine Menu: www.aquilasnestvineyards.com/our-wines-menu •Food Truck and Music Schedule: www.aquilasnestvineyards.com/visit-us OUTSIDE BEVERAGES/FOOD POLICY •Outside alcohol beverages, water bottles or any other beverages are not allowed in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Any violation of this restriction puts our permit in jeopardy. •Guests are welcome to bring their own food, and are responsible for their picnic personal belongings, cleaning their area before leaving the vineyard. CHILDREN, PETS POLICY •Children are allowed in all seating areas, except in the Pergola. Parents are solely responsible to supervise children at all times, not let them run around to disturb other patrons, watch them to make sure they don't climb rocks or fences, or touch the fire. •Our vineyard is dog friendly outdoors only, except in the Pergola, Forbidden Fireplace and Igloo, Gazebo areas. Your dog must be leashed at all times. Please make sure to clean after your dog. LARGE GROUP GATHERINGS POLICY Email events@aquilasnestvineyards.com to book 2 Fire Pits close together which include table service from our staff. CANCELLATION POLICY Reservation is non refundable. Given a minimum of 3 days notice, or in case of rain, please email reservations@aquilasnestvineyards.com to reschedule within the next 30 days.
