Garden Focaccia Night

Service Description

We’re excited to bring a thoughtfully curated, hands-on experience to Aquila’s Nest Vineyard—designed to bring people together through food, creativity, and atmosphere. This workshop invites guests to slow down and enjoy a relaxed evening at the vineyard while creating their own garden-style focaccia. Using fresh vegetables and herbs, each guest will design a beautiful, garden-inspired arrangement on pre-prepared dough, guided step-by-step through shaping and decorating. The experience also includes a light introduction to sourdough. Each guest will leave with their own active sourdough starter—creating a connection to the craft they can continue at home. This event is designed to feel approachable yet elevated—a blend of creativity, connection, and a memorable, sensory experience in a beautiful vineyard setting. What’s Included: • Hands-on focaccia decorating experience • Pre-prepared dough and all toppings • Step-by-step instruction and guidance • Active sourdough starter to take home • Printed instructions for baking at home Wine is not included in the ticket. A drink purchase of minimum $10 plus tax and gratuity per participant is required to attend this event and can be made at the vineyard prior to the start of the event, after our staff checks your ID. Aquila's Nest has many non-alcoholic options as well. Outside Alcohol Beverages, Water Bottles or Any Other Beverages are NOT allowed to be brought in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Our staff reserves the right to check bags and coolers. All participants must be 21 years of age or older.
