Embark on a journey of taste as you pair these delectable cheeses with an exquisite selection of four wines from Aquila's Nest. Colchester’s Cato Corner Farm, a mother-son team, makes raw farmstead cheese by hand from their 45 Jersey cows. Fun Fact: Their cheese were featured in an episode of the “Sex and the City” reboot. To book this experience each guest will make an initial online deposit, while the remaining balance can be paid at the vineyard after our staff checks your ID. The pairing selections may differ from those featured in the main event photo. This event is held indoors in the grand piano wine tasting room. All participants must be 21 years of age or older.
