Service Description

Enjoy a Luxury Picnic Winederland at Aquila’s Nest Vineyards! Inspired by Alice in Wonderland, our Luxury Picnic Winderland can be reserved for up to 10 guests and is the perfect location to gather with friends and family, sample wine by the glass or bottle from the vineyard's collection, and enjoy the magical sunset and hilltop views. (2.5 hrs. | $250 per party) •Your party will have a dedicated server, for whom 22% gratuity will be automatically applied to your tab at the end of your visit. •One tab will be opened at the beginning of your visit with 1 card on file, which can be split up to 4 ways at the end of your visit. •A refundable $100 security deposit in the event of picnic setup damages will be added to your tab upon arrival and it will be removed from the tab once your party wraps up. •Guests with children, or those exceeding space capacity will be asked to move to a different area and the booking fee will not be credited. •Wine is not included in the reservation and can be purchased in the vineyard after our staff checks your ID. Please note for this space the wine menu selection is limited to wine by the bottle only. •Food, plates and utensils are not included in this experience. OUTSIDE BEVERAGES/FOOD POLICY •Outside alcohol beverages, water bottles or any other beverages are not allowed in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Any violation of this restriction puts our permit in jeopardy. •Guests are welcome to bring their own food, and are responsible for their picnic personal belongings, cleaning their area before leaving the vineyard. CHILDREN, PETS POLICY •Dogs and children are not allowed in this private, reserved, adults only seating area. •Party decorations are welcome - NO CONFETTI! Carpooling or Uber/Lyft is recommended. CANCELLATION POLICY Reservation is non refundable. Given a minimum of 5 days notice for non-weather related reasons, we can reschedule this experience in the next 30 days from the original reservation date. In case of rain, please email reservations@aquilasnestvineyards.com to reschedule within the next 30 days.
