One Thousand & One Nights Pergola

Service Description

Inspired by One Thousand and One Nights, the romantic pergola with fire pit seating space accommodates up to 6 guests, adults only, per section and is the perfect location to sample a flight or enjoy a bottle of wine from the vineyard's collection. Please note the space is not covered on the sides during summer months. (2 hrs. | $60 per party) •Your party will have a dedicated server, that you can tip at the end of your visit. 22% gratuity is automatically applied for parties of 6 guests or parties that have booked more than one pergola. •Wine is not included in the reservation and can be purchased in the vineyard after our staff checks your ID. •One tab will be opened at the beginning of your visit with 1 card on file, which can be split up to 4 ways at the end of your visit. •Children under 18 and dogs are not allowed in this space. •Parties with children, or those exceeding space capacity will be asked to move to a different area and the booking fee will not be credited. •Wine Menu: www.aquilasnestvineyards.com/our-wines-menu •Food Truck and Music Schedule: www.aquilasnestvineyards.com/visit-us •Please proceed to the tasting room’s main entrance hostess stand, where our staff will assist you and direct you to your reserved space. It may take up to 15 min for new guests to settle during the transition from one reservation time to another. OUTSIDE BEVERAGES/FOOD POLICY •Outside alcohol beverages, water bottles or any other beverages are not allowed in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Any violation of this restriction puts our permit in jeopardy. •Guests are welcome to bring their own food, and are responsible for their personal belongings, and cleaning their area. All 4 spaces of the One Thousand and One Nights Pergola with Fire Pits can be rented out for 2 or 4hrs for up to 25 guests starting at $300/hr. plus tax with a min purchase and 22% gratuity applied. To book all 4 pergola spaces OR 3+ spaces on consecutive times please email events@aquilasnestvineyards.com. Carpooling or Uber is recommended. CANCELLATION POLICY Reservation is non refundable. Reservation can not be rescheduled last minute if it rains or snows, unless there's a weather advisory issued by the state of Connecticut. Given a minimum of 5 days notice, we can reschedule this experience in the next 30 days from the original reservation date.
