Embark on a journey of taste as you pair these delectable cheeses with an exquisite selection of four wines from Aquila's Nest. Whether you're a connoisseur seeking a sophisticated gastronomic experience or someone with a penchant for indulgence, this self-guided pairing promises to elevate your palate and provide a memorable fusion of culinary artistry and oenophilic delight. Colchester’s Cato Corner Farm, a mother-son team, makes raw farmstead cheese by hand from their 45 Jersey cows. Fun Fact: Their cheese were featured in an episode of the “Sex and the City” reboot. To book this experience each guest will make an initial online deposit of $20.5 where tax and gratuity is not be applied, while the remaining balance of $18.5 plus tax and 22% gratuity will be paid at the vineyard after our staff checks your ID. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, dairy products, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. The pairing selections may differ from those featured in the main event photo. This event is held indoors in the grand piano wine tasting room. All participants must be 21 years of age or older.
