Step into a realm of elegance and enchantment with our Winter Wonderland Luxury Picnic experience (November through April). This exclusive picnic can be reserved for up to 12 guests and provides the perfect space to gather with friends and family, sample wines from the vineyard's collection, and immerse yourself in the eclectic design of our Winery Tasting Room. Reservations • Cost: $150 for a 2.5-hour picnic setup at a long table in the Winery Tasting Room. • Capacity: Up to 12 guests. Exceeding capacity or brining children may result in relocation without refund. • Service: A dedicated server will assist your group. A 22% gratuity applies for parties of 6+ guests. Food Truck service is not included. • Wine: Not included; available for purchase after ID verification. Aquila's Nest also offers a variety of non-alcoholic options. • Picnic Style: Leave a comment in the Notes section if you'd like the Green theme or the Multi Color theme. Policies • Tab Management: A single tab will be opened at the start with one card on file. Tabs can be split into up to 4 payments at the end. • Pets: Not allowed in this space. • Children: Allowed in this space. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times, ensuring they do not disturb other guests, climb rocks or fences, or engage in unsafe behavior. • Grace Period: Late arrivals have a 30-minute grace period. • Outside Beverages: Outside alcohol and beverages, including water bottles, are prohibited per Farm Winery Permit regulations. Any violation of this restriction puts our permit in jeopardy. • Outside Food: Guests may bring their own food, but must clean their area. Allow up to 15 minutes for transitions between reservations. Transportation Carpooling or ridesharing (e.g., Uber) is recommended. Cancellation Policy Reservations are non-refundable. With 5 days’ notice, rescheduling is possible within 30 days of the original booking. Rescheduling exceptions are made only for extreme weather advisories, not typical Connecticut rain or snow.
