🌼 Groovy 60s Social & Woodstock Generation Music Experience 🎶 Step back in time and relive the spirit of the 1960s at Aquila's Nest Vineyards! The evening begins at 5:30 PM with our fun and interactive Groovy 60s Table Game by Vicki Thomas author of "From Woodstock to Wisdom", designed to spark conversations and bring back memories from one of the most unforgettable decades in history. Guests will enjoy a lively "Find Someone Who..." activity featuring nostalgic prompts like who owned a VW Bug, wore bell-bottoms, listened to a transistor radio, or remembers Woodstock. We'll also have a fishbowl filled with fun questions that encourage everyone to share favorite memories—from first cars and first jobs to the songs that instantly transport them back to the 1960s. Then, get ready to be transported back to the Summer of Love as BEYOND 1969 takes the stage! If you rode a bike without a helmet, skipped the seatbelt, and proudly wore bell-bottom jeans, this show is for you. BEYOND 1969 celebrates the legendary music that defined a generation, performing iconic hits from artists such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, and more. Feel free to dust off your hippie attire and embrace the Woodstock spirit—there will be prizes for the best 1960s-inspired outfit! Whether you're reminiscing about the past or discovering these timeless classics for the first time, you'll sing, dance, connect with others, and remember why the music of 1969 continues to inspire generations.
